6. User-Generated Content

Our services may allow users to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to comments, feedback, and other materials ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant aahhuferevary.mobi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and does not violate any contractual restrictions or third-party rights.

aahhuferevary.mobi reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. aahhuferevary.mobi reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, with notice provided to you prior to the change taking effect.

Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize aahhuferevary.mobi to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You are responsible for maintaining current payment information and for any fees incurred due to insufficient funds or declined transactions.

In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

8. Service Modifications

aahhuferevary.mobi reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that aahhuferevary.mobi will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

In no event shall aahhuferevary.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services or contact us at reply@aahhuferevary.mobi. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.
